Tonight I am watching Fierce Grace for the first time. WOW! It is a timely watch for me. For the previous six months I have been enduring an ailment called "labyrinthitis," a malady of the inner ear that has greatly affected my sense of balance, etc., as well as bringing about vertigo, dizziness and naseau. Over the last two weeks, it appears to finallly be lifted from me. Although I am sure it does not compare with the debilitating affects of a stroke, I can now empathize to some degree with others who suddenly are separated from experiencing life in its fullness. Of course, what has truly happened is that this ailment has drawn me further and deeper into the fullness of life. And itt has proven to be a gift that has helped me appreciate my life more.....and.....empathize with others lives and experiences of dramatic changes in health. While growing up, I can point to certain experiences that helped me become aware of SPIRIT! It was from Ram Dass's writings and words that I became aware that I am, I was and would always be, on a spiritual path. I just had to claim it....live it consciously with my own heart and spirit....and discover ...eventually......that I am on God's spiritual path.....one that leads to me, to you and to wherever God's love and imagination may want to take us. Everything IS BEING HERE NOW!!! At the feet of my Guru, the path of darshan is eternal.
